We've been in two theatrical productions so far this year, both of them were a lot of fun....but now we're booking performances.....we'll keep the Appearance Schedule up to date so check back now and then. Many thanks to the people at the Hyde Collection in Glens Falls for inviting us to play at the preview of their exhibition, "Degas and Music." The event was great. The interior courtyard of the Hyde House is a wonderful performance space for a French musette accordion and guitar. 2008 - Winter 2009 Last year was a good year for music. We put together a set list of about 40 songs that we like to perform and from early summer of '08 we were out playing as often as possible. Starting in May of last year, with the Farmers' Market in Cambridge, NY, we managed to fill quite a few Sundays with outside performances on the lawn across from the Cambridge Hotel. We also enjoyed a regular monthly date providing dinner music at The West Village Market, also in Cambridge. We added some Christmas songs to our set list for an evening of performing Saturday, December 13th in the Lounge at 111 Main Street Restaurant in Greenwich, NY. After a slight delay due to a power outage, the evening went very nicely. Thanks to all who braved the weather to attend the artist's reception, dine at the restaurant and listen to the music. We played again in Greenwich at 111 Main Street Restaurant last New Year's Eve. As always, their lounge is warm and inviting, and their chef is amazing. Valentine's Day was another full house at 111 in Greenwich and a great evening for music and good food. |
